.@AndazMiami is the 4th Andaz resort we have stayed at. Always great service. The fact that you call this an ocean view and have charged as such is criminal. Immediate complaint was rewarded with a paltry $150 bar credit. Kinda outraged. Will think twice about Andaz resorts now.
