Cubs had to play in California after playing on the east coast for 5 days then fly to CA and play with their body clocks still on EST - starting game time the equivalent to 10pm starting time! No one could win that battle! Facing 100mph fast balls near midnight!
@thescorechicago@DavidHaugh@MLBBruceLevine They played two games coming from EST in PST starting at 10pm on their time zone with one day to accumulate! No one could do that and be sharp! They were facing 100mph fast balls near midnight!
@thekapman Seeing that they spent 6 days on the east coast playing 3 games in that time zone then had to play the second day after the arrived in CA and had to play games on their EST time zone starting time of 10pm give them a break!!
@FoulTerritoryTV@ajpierzynski12 How about different time zones! Cubs were on EST for 5 days then had to play in CA at 10pm EST! They were facing 100mph fast balls at 11.00pm to Midnight! No Team would have won under those circumstances!
@drunk_theo How about not making a team on CST stay on the East Coast for one week play two games in Boston then fly to Florida and play a 2pm EST game then fly to California and in 2 days have to play in PST games starting at 10pm EST! Team was tired but didnโt complain!
The Good News is Salah wonโt be offered any head coaching jobs with this defensive line up! Next year will have better players and that will be his best chance for success!
