I often will hear, what about someone who said their pain got better with all meat, or other unhealthy way of eating. Well, while many things can create improvement in a symptom, if it's not really healthy, it can cause long term damage. A high meat diet can make resting blood sugars look lower, but increase cholesterol, heart disease, and cancer risk.
Eating a hyper-nourishing plant-based diet will not only reverse autoimmune disease, but also heart disease and lower risks of other diseases like cancer. A win all around! Now THAT is healthy!

In my years of experience in rapidly reversing chronic diseases, 7 or more hours of sleep is the goal.
There are always exceptions, so if you feel energized and healthy on less, you are doing ok.
But if you are tired and sick, and getting under 7 hours, or getting 7 hours but not waking up rested, it's time to increase that sleep. Especially if you need an alarm to get up.
Also, make sure you are nourished and hydrated and doing self care for your stress.
Outside of sleep, dehydration, malnourishment, and stress are the major causes of low energy.

Goodbye Diabetes Retinopathy!
On my recent Wellness Wednesday Live on Blanqui Galvez on Facebook celebrated that she no longer needs injections or laser treatments in her eyes since doing my protocol! We have never met!
Way to go!!!
The eyes can heal and I see it all in the time in my clients, whether it's uveitis, glaucoma, or no longer needing those reading glasses!
This may seem bizarre to some, but for me this is a normal day, because my clients and followers achieve this every day!

One of the biggest differences between treating chronic disease with medication and treating it with nutrition and lifestyle is this:
Medications can help manage symptoms, slow progression, and save lives.
But in most cases, the disease remains chronic.
Over time, it often progresses, and new diagnoses are added to the list.

Why green smoothies for health and disease-reversal?
When I first started teaching green smoothies, there was a lot of pushback online—even from some plant-based doctors and health professionals.
Some believed blending vegetables would somehow reduce nutrient absorption because we weren't relying on chewing and salivary enzymes. Others worried smoothies would cause weight gain.
The interesting thing? These concerns were always based on theories, not experience.
Over time, many of those same critics who were willing to test, learn, and follow the protocol saw the results for themselves. Today, some of them actively recommend my protocols and green smoothies.
Why?
Because they work.

Making my daily hyper-nourishing smoothie!
Yes I have it every day, because it's working! I am lupus-free now for 20 years after 12 years straight of terrible illness from arthritis, rashes and fatigue to mini-strokes.
So yes, I will have the antidote every day!
Here is what I made today:
16 oz organic super greens (mix of kale, spinach chard)
Handful flaxseeds
squirt (maybe a TB) of coldpressed flaxseed oil
water (about 30-40 oz)
2 ripe bananas and frozen mango and pineapple until I reached the top of the carafe!
Blend until smooth and enjoy being nourished!

Delicious is EASY when it comes to salad in my house.
When my boys were toddlers, they would steal my salad whenever I made this.
I have had people tell me that this dressing is so good, they were hunting for more things to dip in it just to keep tasting it!
Best part, just like all of my recipes, it's super simple to make.
And if you think kale doesn't taste good raw, you aren't massaging it with this dressing!

Dr. G’s Avocado Caesar Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
1 large avocado
3 TB lemon juice
3 TB Braggs Aminos
2 TB Dijon mustard
3 cloves garlic
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
Filtered water (about 1 1/2 cups)
Method:
Start with about a cup of water and blend in Vitamix blender with all of the other ingredients. Slowly add water until desired consistency is reached.
Use what you want and store leftovers in the refrigerator.
You can pour it on any salad and enjoy it. If you are using kale, make sure to massage the dressing into the kale before adding other toppings.
