Tomorrow shows up whether you’re ready or not. That’s just Sunday.
The 7-Day Identity Shift Quick Start starts in the morning. A few minutes a day, one small practice, a group doing it with you.
Seven days from now: a week deeper into the same patterns, or a week into something different. Both take the same amount of time.

I don’t think people realize how absurd this is. Scottish runner Josh Kerr just broke the mile world record in 3:42.66, an average speed of 16.2 mph. Most people couldn’t even briefly reach that speed, let alone sustain it for an entire mile.
Meaningful change almost never starts big.
It starts with one week where you pay attention differently — and something you'd stopped questioning finally moves.
The 7-Day Identity Shift Quick Start begins Monday.

I lost count of the Mondays I swore I'd start.
Turns out you don't start because you feel ready. You feel ready because you started.
The 7-Day Identity Shift Quick Start opens Monday. This weekend, just decide.

Just to clarify I’m all for standard time, and keeping it permanent. Not daylight savings time, as AM light is key for circadian rhythm!
Sorry for the confusion earlier.
We start Monday. Here's the whole 7-day map — a few minutes a day:
Awaken → Release → Forgive → Free → Anchor → Regulate → Integrate.
One video, one practice, one page a day. Done beats perfect.

Interestingly, both @ChatGPTapp and @grok agree that going to permanent “standard time” would be a significantly better idea than switching to permanent “daylight-savings” time.
🤔
Years ago a client admitted he'd assumed I was far more successful than I was — just from how I carried myself.
It wasn't the first time someone saw something in me I couldn't see in myself.
The ceiling usually isn't your ability. It's that you believe a smaller story than the evidence justifies.
7-day challenge to shift it starts Monday: https://t.co/Qz3APzmwxh
Registration is open: the 7-Day Identity Shift Quick Start.
7 days, a few minutes a day, one shift you can feel. Workbook + private group included.

Most people's ceiling isn't a skill problem. It's a state problem.
Braced, stressed, reactive — you can't see the opportunity in front of you. That's the primal state.
The way out isn't pushing harder. It's shifting.
Ever feel stuck — not for lack of a plan, but because something underneath keeps pulling you back to the same patterns, the same stress, the same you?
You're not broken. What's missing isn't more information.
Something's coming this week. Stay close.
To the Americans:
I've travelled all over the world. I've familiarized myself with many places, and met many people. And I'm a Canadian, although I’m privileged to reside once again in the States.
And here's something I've noticed, and it’s a key element of America's continuing greatness:
You bloody Americans value success, and you believe in its existence.
This is something that doesn't really happen anywhere else in the world. Even in other free democracies—the United Kingdom; Finland, Sweden, and Norway; Australia, New Zealand and Canada; Germany, France, and the Netherlands (great countries all)—a counterproductive cynicism too often reigns.
Success is equated with exploitation.
Ambition is looked upon with contempt.
This happens sometimes in the United States too—particularly among the miserable progressives, who confuse their resentment, ingratitude and unearned skepticism with wisdom.
But in your great country, by and large, striving is admired and success celebrated.
This means that more people strive and succeed in the US than anywhere else. And it's increasingly obvious. You remain stunningly more innovative and productive than any people anywhere else on the planet.
And so I say, as all should who are fortunate enough to live in the western world, let alone America:
Thank God for the United States.
Thank God for the wisdom of its founders.
Thank God for its faith in the free market and in the natural rights of man.
Happy birthday, you damn Yankees and Southerners.
Long may your admirable country dominate the world.
Long may your freedom and hope provide an example to those suffering everywhere at the hands of their malevolent states.
May your two and a half centuries of unparallelled success be just the beginning.
Your country is the light of the world, and the city on the hill.
Thank God for the USA.
Happy 250th.
