@KySportsRadio You can either pay the best players the most money or assemble a team that can’t compete. Even a dude like Malachi who could’ve gotten more money somewhere else is still getting a check. I don’t understand what people want? It is what it is. Pay or don’t win.
BREAKING: San Antonio Spurs star De'Aaron Fox has agreed to a four-year, $229 million maximum contract extension with the franchise, Klutch Sports CEO Rich Paul told ESPN. The max deal secures Fox's future in San Antonio through the 2029-30 season.
It wouldn’t have mattered, the Spurs made way more mistakes than the officials the entire game, KJ is the only player with a positive +/-
But, this sequence really took the heart of the team going into the 4th quarter
One of the worst reffed moments I can remember:
>Ball obviously goes off OKC's foot, refs say OKC ball.
>Refs then come together to make sure they got the right call... they decide their wrong call was the right call.
>Spurs try to challenge the call...
>Refs ignore the Spurs' coach.
>Refs are seen laughing with Lu Dort 30 seconds later
I generally think NBA officials get it right or at least make a very concerted effort to do so.
The no call on the goal tend, followed by not giving Mitch Johnson a challenge and a technical is one of the more incompetent things I’ve seen in sports
That means Stokes agent played Pope and this staff to get months worth of free publicity. The entire CBB world is using his incompetence to their advantage
Sincere Q: If stokes signed his non-rev share paperwork with Kansas the same week he visited UK, doesn't that mean he wasn't being straight with Pope and his staff? Curious...
@KyleTuckerCBB Not having a good enough relationship with one single agent in the game that would tell him Stokes already signed his papers at Kansas is pretty damning too
Complete lack of leadership and accountability in Lexington right now.
Pope had better get this figured out or he’s going to find himself moving back to Utah this time next year
Kentucky essentially passed on Rancik because they were sure they were getting Freeman. They got neither
Mismanagement by a staff that insisted they didn’t need a GM. Fairly impossible to defend
Bill Maher: “I’m not a Christian, but they are systematically killing Christians in Nigeria. They’ve killed over 100,000. They've burned 18,000 churches. They are literally attempting to wipe out the Christian population of an entire country. Where are the kids protesting this?”
