@slice_cares@slicebank I never shared any OTPs. I never initiated any suspicious activity. I was the one who reported the issue first.
Freezing a customer's account, asking them to file an FIR, and then providing no meaningful update is extremely frustrating.
@slice_cares@slicebank A few questions:
• If it was a serious security issue, why was I initially told not to worry? • Why was my account frozen based on the same OTPs that I proactively reported? • Why is there still no clear explanation or timeline after 3 days?
@slice_cares@slicebank At that time, I was told there was nothing to worry about and that the Otp were not related to any transaction confirmation.
Then on 14 June, my account was suddenly frozen.
Now I'm being told those same OTPs were linked to "suspicious activity" and that I should file an FIR.
