I just tried the game DuoLingo for my #CIS103 assignment with @ScottsdaleCC. Although it was fun to play for a short while, I'm not sure how effective it will be in actually teaching you a foreign language. Go check out my blog for more insight. https://t.co/v5Ut9uPiRt

Just created a blog on my first Ted Talk for my #CIS103 class @ScottsdaleCC. It was a very interesting take on fashion, imagery, and making a statement with what you wear.

@EthanAyres_SCC That is awesome. Nordstrom or anything affiliated with them is quickly becoming one of my favorite places to shop. Would def. like to hear about your experience as a wardrobe stylist.

Hello Tweeps! Taking an Introduction to Social Media Course this Spring #CIS103. Hoping to gain more knowledge about these #SocialMedia platforms to help connect me with like minded people who love all things fashion.

I have done several of the walks for health with @GirlTrek. It is a great organization that promotes health for black women. Many of the walks have different themes, so you are learning and connecting while you walk.

@GirlTrek I love what you have been doing with promoting health with women of color. The walks and learning about black history have been enlightening. Very encouraging, empowering group!

@patrick_russey Family travel sounds so good. We did a family trip to Sedona and it was such a joy to do something different. I am trying to get the family to get passports and do some international travel, fingers crossed.

@David3Golder What type of music do you play? I come from a musical family. My uncle toured with Santana back in his day and played over 13 different instruments. I love all types of genres.

@LisaNorris1960 What is your favorite room to design? I know people say when looking for a home to purchase, kitchens and bathrooms are a big selling point.

@TionneT1 What type of business are you currently trying to start? Working towards creating generational wealth is an awesome idea, which I would have started a lot earlier in life. Better late than never...good luck!

Re-submitting this essay assignment for my #CIS103 course with @ScottsdaleCC . Maybe I'll get it right this time 🤔

[Jaymie Goodwin @GoodwinJaymie]

@SaraMercill the recording courses helped a lot with this assignment. I'll have to make time to tune in more often. Really added some additional value to the course for a first-timer trying to understand stand the land that is social media.
