Trump says no other country could have developed a vaccine in less than 4 years. But The "Pfizer" vaccine was developed in Germany (no money from Warp Speed Operation), and while the Moderna vaccine is a US development, the next likely one is from the UK.

@realDonaldTrump @NYGovCuomo The vaccine was developed by the German company BioTech without funding from Operation Warp Speed. The partnership with Pfizer was also not funded by the US Trump administration, so why is it a victory for Trump?
