Caitlin Clark had the Fever rolling and helped build a 12 point lead with just over two minutes remaining in the 3rd quarter. But after she went to the bench, Indiana’s offense struggled to find a rhythm, and the momentum quickly shifted. The Fever had trouble generating consistent scoring without their floor general, while the Liberty capitalized on their opportunities down the stretch.

The free throw disparity was also a major storyline, with New York attempting 40 free throws compared to Indiana’s 15. Despite the tough loss, Clark once again showed how valuable she is to the Fever’s offense and how much of an impact she has on every possession.
