If that trip by Myles Lewis-Skelly is considered Serious Foul Play then there will be a torrent of red cards every game. I’ve rewatched it 8 times now and it’s a trip and a yellow. Rediculous decision. #AFC#WOLARS
Michael Oliver didn’t send off Kovacic here because he didn’t want to have a negative influence on the game.
This is 10x worse than what we’ve just seen.
Martinelli gets two yellow cards & is sent off for 2 incidents within 7 seconds of each other.
Rice gets a 2nd yellow & red card for nudging the ball inches after it had been kicked at him.
Saliba has an accidental clash of heads going for the ball, ref gives a penalty against him.
All decisions we’ve never seen before and never will again. Every one penalising Arsenal.
@FA_PGMOL in full effect. Bent as arseholes.
No penalty for foul on Martinelli.
No goal for Kai because of imaginary Kiwior foul.
No corner at the end despite clear view.
@FA_PGMOL you guys are now just doing it in broad daylight…… unfortunately for purpose, get out of football, you are ruining our game.
@bitginger @Matt5cott Mainly we want consistency with officiating whether that’s the ref or VAR. Konsa was booked here and the excuse given was the distance to goal being too far to make a call. Yet this is a good 10yards closer than today’s decision.

Consistency is one of our main focuses here at Stockley Park this season. After we let Doku off for kicking the ball away earlier (we’re scared of city’s lawyers), we gave Trossard a second yellow for doing exactly the same thing 👍🏻
VAR: "Michael, having seen the replay, Trossard kicks the ball away to delay the restart. Unfortunately we have no choice but to show a second yellow card. Send him off."
VAR 1: “Sh*t, did you see that? Veltman’s just booted him in the leg!”
VAR 2: “Clear red. Completely lost his head.”
VAR 1: “Absolutely. Hello Chris? Red card for Declan Rice.”
VAR 1: “So as you can see, Wan-Bissaka clips him there.”
VAR 2: “Definitely. Looks a pen to me.”
ANTHONY TAYLOR: “Yep, not enough to overturn it. Stick with the pen?”
VAR 1: “Hang on, isn’t that a Man Utd player doing the foul?”
ANTHONY TAYLOR: “Great spot. Decision: no pen.”
