Use behavioral health. I waited way too long for fear that I would lose out on jobs I wanted or fail in my career. What waiting did do was mess with my marriage and made me a crappy leader to my Soldiers. Get help. Behavioral Health has lots of intermediate care as well!

@prattprattpratt I like the idea of changing the name on the trophies and giving them as gifts or to honor the achievements of others.

My team at a distillery I used to work for gave me an older wrestling trophy and changed the name tag to read “World’s Most Okayest Distiller”
