@HeidiBriones Pick up one these. Put two tbs in a small bowl, add 1 tsp milk or cream, stir it up. Pound chicken breast and add to an oven safe dish. Pour some olive oil and a little lemon juice over chicken, flip it a few times. Spread cheese mixture on top, bake 350 for 30 min.
