Train 22670 arrival Time updated in vijayawada station 2:05 AM but now time 2:12 Am still in board it shows 2:05 AM?

What's the problem of vijaywada train help Booth desk. Why no one update the train timings if training does not arrive in Time?
The board does not get updates time to Time if it gets late on arrival. What's the use of keeping train board and helpdesk?

@drmvijayawada @RailMadad @RailMinIndia This is the track train enquiry site it shows the train is on Krishna canal for more than 1 hr. Not sure when that train will arrive on vijaywada station last 30 min train Time gets changed.
