We are in the process setting up a claim portal, and vault owners will be able to claim the equity of their vaults in USDC and SOL.

SaberDAO Winddown Update

We’ve received several questions about the previously announced claim date of December 16th.

Initially, we did not have a technical implementation that allowed SaberDAO LP claims to be made permissionlessly. However, after the SaberDAO winddown proposal was approved, the DAO contributor team discovered a solution that enables fully permissionless claiming for specifically SaberDAO LP tokens stuck in the defunct Sunny project.

The claim portal released recently for SaberDAO LP holders, including those with LP tokens stuck in the defunct Sunny protocol, will remain available indefinitely.

For now, it is hosted under SaberDAO, but as SaberDAO winds down and transitions to ToolboxDAO, the portal will move under ToolboxDAO’s oversight.

Owners of SaberDAO LP tokens will always be able to claim their liquidity tokens through the claims portal. Neither SaberDAO nor ToolboxDAO will ever claim these funds from any legacy SaberDAO liquidity pool, as the permissionless mechanism ensures that only LP token holders can access them.

As a result, the December 16th date is no longer relevant - the claim portal is permissionless and will remain open indefinitely for all LP token holders.

Please note that SaberDAO has no connection to Sunny nor any other protocol whatsoever, but as part of the SaberDAO wind down we want to provide an as comprehensive claims portal as possible from SaberDAO’s end.
