@rpilocator So when pi’s don’t need tracking what’s next? I’ve had a heck of a time finding sriracha lately ;)

[Mark E. Mark @Gopher2dot0]

@rpilocator It looks like I'm in the minority on the poll, but I've been looking for a zero w/headers in the US, and there aren't any available, so I'd appreciate getting the alerts still.

[Mark E. Mark @Gopher2dot0]

@rpilocator @adafruit Maybe. But I used to snag these somewhat easy based on your alerts. Now I don’t stand a chance. I’m primed and ready for when the alerts come in, I know all the rules, and I still nada. Something has changed. Number of users? Bots? Push notification delays? Donno but thx for work

[Mark E. Mark @Gopher2dot0]

@elonmusk I’ve seen piles of acquisitions up close and personal. Most flounder and waffle with little direction or purpose. Keep doing the things…. If it doesn’t work, stop doing those things, and do other things.

[Mark E. Mark @Gopher2dot0]

@rpilocator Poor bastards DOS’d themselves by stocking 9 units.

[Mark E. Mark @Gopher2dot0]

@rpilocator Yowza. 8gb for the win. Ordered one. Thanks.

[Mark E. Mark @Gopher2dot0]

@rpilocator Cmon adafruit. You’re just toying with me now.

[Mark E. Mark @Gopher2dot0]

@hawkseye76 @rpilocator It’s very very fast. Again in a personal use application.

[Mark E. Mark @Gopher2dot0]

@hawkseye76 @rpilocator I also use pushover heavily for personal “IOT” projects. It works great for singlet user applications with subscriptions to channels. Not sure how it scales to public consumption.

[Mark E. Mark @Gopher2dot0]

@rpilocator Last I checked both discord and telegram required an sms number to join, throwing privacy out the window. Not sure if twitter still allows anonymous accounts.

[Mark E. Mark @Gopher2dot0]

@bsancken @rpilocator I’ve bought 3 in the last week or so. 2 of those were 4gb back to back. Their site did NOT let me buy 2 during the same “drop” though, even doing a completely separate checkout process for the second.

[Mark E. Mark @Gopher2dot0]

@rpilocator Thanks to you and adafruit, this is the first alert I haven’t jumped on. I now have enough for all my new projects plus 1 spare.

[Mark E. Mark @Gopher2dot0]

@TheHeadCor1 @AzureSequoi @bsancken @rpilocator Don’t even try checking out after adding to your cart. Just add to your cart, logout, log in, then checkout.

[Mark E. Mark @Gopher2dot0]

@bsancken @rpilocator Setup 2FA today. Next time there is a drop,Add the pi to your cart, logout, log back in (you’ll be asked for 2FA), then go back to your cart and choose to checkout. Save your address and credit card bro your account ahead of time. I’ve gotten two this way thanks to @rpilocator.

[Mark E. Mark @Gopher2dot0]

@rpilocator Thanks for building this @rpilocator - don’t be discouraged by negative comments. You created something so useful that people consider it a “right” and take for granted what we’d be doing without it. I got a pi today and I’m stoked.

@CALFIRE_SLO Please consider creating an alternative page for non public safety info. Or alternatively a new feed for public safety info.

[Mark E. Mark @Gopher2dot0]

@CALFIRE_SLO As a Californian always at risk of burning to death, your tweets alert my on my phone. Lately you have posted retirement announcements, job postings, etc. while those things are important to some, they’re not to me. I need urgent practical info to keep me from burning alive.

[Mark E. Mark @Gopher2dot0]

@deviantollam I was really bummed I couldn’t make it this year since it clashed so heavily with b sides day 2. Hopefully it will go back to the wasted defcon-Thursday.

[Mark E. Mark @Gopher2dot0]

@mubix @defcon Ironically I think this would lead to more cameras being out and more photos being taken.

[Mark E. Mark @Gopher2dot0]

@BSidesLV I wasn't able to make the closing ceremonies... What was the venue announcement?
