@lahiruudarasit @fintechfrank True, a good support team doesn't require huge investment if we're talking about coinbase. Look at hitbtc, their support is brilliant, I got a reply in 4 hours. Coinbase support answers in several days with "we can do nothing". It's absolutely unacceptable and incompetent.

When I heard the news about usdc "audit" today I remembered the weird story: last summer Goldman Sachs, Circle's boss, struggled for doing his auditor Grant Thornton bank which, by the way, isn't included in the Big Four and doesn't have the resources for a normal audit.
