Our Public & Patient Involvement Engagement and Participation Strategy was mentioned as an example of best practice today! Super proud of our team for getting recognition for the visual diagrams that show how PPIEP and EDI are embedded in everything we do #crfconf23#ppiep#edi
@thameswater I know this isn’t your fault, but we are basically just being fobbed off!
Please don’t bother responding. We will take this further with the press and our local MP/councillors @Jeremy_Hunt@PaulDFollows@surreylive
@thameswater we have Combe lane closed near Witley station with a 5 mile (each way) diversion.
I am not sure you are fully aware of the local feeling and impact this is having on residents.
Pensioners feeling like prisoners, workers worried about the financial and social impacts.
@thameswater But it is open for the people that live there, who we know personally. No H&S issues for them…..
We have an interview with the press tomorrow. Fed up doesn’t even begin to cover it.
@thameswater Our neighbour has been up to the site today, and been told that the soil pit will be moved and access allowed. Please can this be confirmed?
@thameswater I appreciate that Bernie, however this will not be finished on the 23rd August because there is never anyone working on it!
This is having huge financial impact on my family as well as affecting our quality of life. Something needs to be done!
@thameswater To be honest we are sick of messaging random people about this who never actually do anything!
The road closure is outside Witley station GU8 area. Absolutely nobody working on it again today! This is costing us a fortune and really affecting how we live our lives.
@champneys really, really upset you will not honour gift vouchers bought for me prior to the pandemic.
I am an NHS worker, have worked throughout Covid and this is terrible customer service.
@champneys I have emailed supervisors and haven’t had a response. Reservations told me they couldn’t honour them, after I waited an eternity to actually get through. Really disappointing customer service from @champneys. I have been a customer for years!
Happy International Women's Day 2022. This year’s theme is #BreakTheBias.
