@thameswater we have Combe lane closed near Witley station with a 5 mile (each way) diversion.
I am not sure you are fully aware of the local feeling and impact this is having on residents.
Pensioners feeling like prisoners, workers worried about the financial and social impacts.

I am an NHS worker, have worked throughout Covid and this is terrible customer service.

@champneys I have emailed supervisors and haven’t had a response. Reservations told me they couldn’t honour them, after I waited an eternity to actually get through. Really disappointing customer service from @champneys. I have been a customer for years!
