Let’s not even get started on extended hours, Pre Kindergarten with no staff available. When will government start listening to those who do this every day?

Government mandated compliance is one of the highest frustrations teachers face eg NCCD. This consistent collection of data is something that the government could adjust immediately. 2/2

I have to question the notion of performance pay for teachers. ALL teachers deserve to be well paid. There is no detail of how this will be measured. Government need to start liaising with educators and not telling us what we need. Give us the admin support - in all sectors. 1/2

Thankful for the arrival of some of our promised RAHT tests. With 575 students and some 70 staff, the 310 test kits that we have received will be a challenge. Principals are used to these types of challenges, but….. #loavesandfishes #countingagain

@NewsAtNESA have sent out teacher accreditations fees for 2022 today. Not quite the Christmas gift all teachers deserve after the year they have had. Perhaps a token/ vote of appreciation may have seen @smitchellmlc @Dom_Perrottet waive the fee. Missed opportunity.
