A parking ban remains in effect in Lowell until further notice. Free parking is available to all residents in the Ayotte, Downes, and Lower Locks garages.
@LowellParkingMA Oh that’s fantastic!!! Now your staff will have plenty of time to repair all the kiosks throughout the City that conveniently don’t work!! And then our citizens and our guests can pay for parking at the kiosks and not get a $25 ticket,? Maybe??!!!
