‘I don’t see the need to escalate the issue any bigger than it already is’ … babe you ran to the NA to complain abt it. It literally can’t get bigger than this. Unless you stayed quiet in court ‘cause you knew you’d expose yourself.
NJZ via Instagram stories:
— “I remember everything exactly, and I wanted to say it in the court earlier, but I held it in. how can u take one part of a conversation and shift the meaning of it to benefit your point if view when I was the one that wrote that message. whilst you present yourself as company that wants the best for us. Please stop bothering me ADOR and HYBE.
i have a lot to say but i've been holding back simply because i don't see the need to have to escalate this issue any bigger than it already. is. but if you think u have the audacity to make even more false assumptions about us then you already have..... than i won't stay quiet.”
The LSF comparison is weak because HYBE is a business, & they decide how to allocate resources. If NJ was truly “neglected” then how did they get such a massive debut push. HYBE literally spent 21 billion KRW (over $15 million) on them. That doesn’t scream “neglect.”
NJZ’ side at the first court hearing for the ADOR’s injunction:
— "HYBE’s large-scale media play, ILLIT plagiarism controversy, restructuring of New Berry and the destruction of cooperation with the ‘Dolphin Kidnapping’ group are all things that happened from 2023 to 2024. Except for debtors (NewJeans), none of the artists belonging to HYBE have experienced this. Also, HYBE’s continued to act unfairly, but the creditor (ADOR) does not have the ability to prevent it and take follow-up action. If the same thing had happened at another agency, they (NewJeans) would not have been left like this”.

ATP, they’re just manipulating public opinion and hoping people are dumb enough to fall for it. The entitlement is insane. Do they really think they can break their contracts and just move on like nothing happened?
This statement feels like just another attempt at playing the victim while ignoring the fact that they started this mess. They unilaterally terminated their contracts but still expect to continue activities without consequences? That’s not how contracts work babes.
NJZ releases new statement claiming that ADOR is requesting the court to ban all of their entertainment activities:
— “On February 11, 2025, ADOR expanded the scope of its preliminary injunction request to include not only advertising, but also all musical activities, including NJZ's writing, composing, performing, and singing, and all other ancillary activities.
This came shortly after we reported that Chairman Bang Sihyuk had put pressure on the Complex concert officials, so we suspect that the decision was taken in retaliation for the failed attempt to cancel the performance. Until a few days ago, ADOR continued to state its position on NJZ's independent activities, but did not reveal that its request for an injunction was aimed at banning all entertainment activities. This is a completely different attitude than the one widely reported when the injunction was filed on January 6. ADOR is apparently only questioning NJZ's advertising activities and claiming that it wants to avoid confusion between fans and advertisers, but in reality it is asking the court to ban all of NJZ's entertainment activities. This appears to be an attempt to infringe on NJZ's professional freedom and at the same time avoid public condemnation by not disclosing it publicly. The essence of NJZ is musical activity, and limiting it is tantamount to denying the very reason for NJZ's existence. ADOR filed a preliminary injunction to block all NJZ activities from the outset.”
Also let’s talk about HYBE personally blocking their concert. Y’all really think you’re the center of HYBE’s universe? If they wanted out, they should have handled it legally instead of going the messy route.
