Being a #RobloxUGC creator is so tiring now, every week I have to deal with BS and loopholes that thieves use to steal content I worked hard to create and release.

I've been creating UGC for over two years now and it just gets more and more stressful.

Extremely demotivating.

Me: Uploads an original #RobloxUGC item for my group

-Someone steals my mesh and texture and reuploads it 1:1

Me: DMCA's the stolen item

Thief: Counters claiming it's "FAIR USE"

Copyright Agent: You have to file a court order against them or we will restore the content.

Anyone able to help me figure out what to do next?

First time doing this, advice is welcome.

Update: My account was terminated again

Thank you @Roblox for terminating me twice from the same false DMCA.

I received an update from my copyright agent stating that my content has been reinstated, but I am facing more warnings and a second termination.

Update: My account was appealed! Very happy about that & I am thankful for everyone that supported me in this situation 🫶

Though, I am still awaiting a response from the copyright agent in regards to the false DMCA. Will post updates when I receive more info

I have been emailing with a Roblox copyright agent to no avail as of yet, after they deleted 30 variants of my hat (1/6)
