@AyushmanNHA , portal is not allowing for me to apply PMJAY for my parent living in West Bengal ( age 70+). It is giving error mentioning not implemented in West Bengal. Is this an error or some issues? It was announced to be rolled out in newspaper.

@IndiGo6E due to covid situation, I have cancelled the PNR ZKPRJM (elderly people were supposed to travel). I also did book seat for them, which also been cancelled. How to get refund of the seat allocation fee?
@IndiGo6E I do not think so. I have paid 9202/- for ticket + 800/- for seat booking.
As you can see from the cancellation charge and refund. Cancellation charge = 2 x (2600+300) = 5800/- and refund is 2402/-. It is not adding up to the total amount
