1) Be clear of what you want to achieve from this conversation
“I’m not a native English speaker. I need you to be my speaking practice partner and give constructive feedback regarding my grammar, pronunciation, and fluency. Can you do that?”

2) Start the conversation! Allow yourself to answer 3-4 questions
“Let’s talk about [your preferred topic]. Ask me anything.”

3) Gather feedback, then repeat step 2!
“Okay, let’s pause for a bit and summarise what you think about my speaking and let me know what I can do to improve them!”

4) Close it with “memory”
