@901Lulu We should begin to consider these incidents as attempted murder. There comes a point when the animal is no longer merely an animal subject to cruelty, but rather a cherished member of family, one we have raised, nourished, cared for, loved, and will mourn.
@1NCRDB1 Politics shouldn't destroy brotherhood, friendship, or family. We can disagree without the hate. Agree to disagree and move on. We're human first. Bonds matter more.
@RGIII I expected nothing less from a Jake Paul production. Everything before the main and co main was good. Then you hype up the event with washed up fighters with big names that deliver terrible performances.
You hear the name Jake Paul on a fight event and all you can do is hope that its not a joke. Hope that its not a bunch of 20 or 30 year old fighting 40 and 50 year olds
@ATT How long does it take to restore service at a residence once a bill is paid? More than 3 hours? Seriously? Whatever automated restore service you have, or whoever presses the button to restore it, theyre taking their time & I am getting frustrated because 5g is terrible.
@RGIII@Chiefs@OuttaPocketRG3@Gretegiii@FOXSports@NFLonFOX@LSUfootball Do I love the pick? Not really, I wanted Downs & I think this defense is missing that leader in the secondary, honey badger/Justin Reid, but I understand it. We traded away McDuffie & Watson tested free agency & won. Corner is a huge hole. I just hope its not a 3 year rental.
@lexiosborne He wasnt getting passed Saints i dont think. They desperately needed secondary help, corner is a high value position, and he's a Louisiana guy. If KC didnt take him at 6, Saints definitely would have.
@Sanixon123 I personally never saw WR as a day 1 pick, not when Andy gives them an encyclopedia for a pkaybook & makes them sit a year studying. I also didnt see CB at 6, I thought a CB could be had at 29 or 40. Downs is what I was expecting when I saw the trade, & who I wanted.
Ever since Mathieu and Reid left, our secondary's been missing that smart leader who lines everyone up and makes Spags' disguises & blitzes click.
Downs is that guy. Elite IQ, sideline-to-sideline range, hits like a LB in the run game. Scouts rave he's the best safety prospect in years and straight-up comp him to Eric Berry.
Our safety room right now is young and thin after losing Cook. Downs becomes the instant anchor and communicator we need. I can see a corner at 29 if someone falls and the value is irresistible (like McDuffie was) but not at pick 9.
@KCSportsNetwork A. Dude finally gets to sit and learn from a real franchise, with no pressure, behind two of the best to ever do it, Reid and Mahomes. A former 1st round talent for a 6th round pick. The likelihood of KC flipping this trade for something better than what they gave is high.
Listen to that whole announcement, "all set up by the pressure of..." While each unit has to do well on its own, their overall success often depends on how the others perform. A good pass rush can make a secondary better, and a tough secondary can give a pass rush the time it needs to get going.
