Paul O'Donnell

Scottish expat living in Calgary with my wife and 3 girls.

@GrahamSpiers Which course? Graham,as someone who has lived in Canada since 1996 I need to get home at some point to play golf. Not just to see family and catch a football game or 2.

[Paul O'Donnell @GothicBhoy]

@PaulmurphyBKK Paul, you’re such a cynic!!

[Paul O'Donnell @GothicBhoy]

@hoopydays Feel I’m getting close with my current routine. Will come back to this when that one fails, which probably means this weekend.

[Paul O'Donnell @GothicBhoy]

@hoopydays I just saw that message today and wondered the same thing. I’m in Toronto in early Feb and might do some reconnaissance.

[Paul O'Donnell @GothicBhoy]

@GrahamSpiers Graham, while you’re right on so many levels as a Scot living in Canada I think the real difference in politics between the parties of choice in both the UK and the US so minor that I’m not sure the leaders, whether or not they’re buffoons, is really the story anymore.

[Paul O'Donnell @GothicBhoy]

@RPMComo Fair point but in a class society one you think will likely be addressed?

[Paul O'Donnell @GothicBhoy]

@paulmeehan67 Another year of disappointment?

[Paul O'Donnell @GothicBhoy]

@hoopydays Beyond help!!

[Paul O'Donnell @GothicBhoy]

@Barcabhoy1 Can’t see him connecting with or inspiring the players either.

[Paul O'Donnell @GothicBhoy]

@PaulmurphyBKK Why are they now offering free tickets? Not as much interest as they hoped for and don’t want people to see empty seats?

[Paul O'Donnell @GothicBhoy]

Public art in the home of the haggis. Calgary needs to learn from this.

[Paul O'Donnell @GothicBhoy]

@PaulmurphyBKK Heard the same thing, ridiculous comment.

[Paul O'Donnell @GothicBhoy]

@hoopydays That will be disappointing for Leigh. I’ll cope if there’s good football to watch.

[Paul O'Donnell @GothicBhoy]

@PaulmurphyBKK Ah Paul, you’ve seen this a thousand times. Really just handbags. Come on now, settle down.

[Paul O'Donnell @GothicBhoy]

@StanCollymore Would you swap the aerial threat of your central defenders for a better first touch and passing capability? I think that’s where the best teams are normally stronger than England and normally that quality eventually wins out.

[Paul O'Donnell @GothicBhoy]

@hoopydays @Nick67OD some golfing in Donegal might an idea for when the Covid madness is all behind us.

[Paul O'Donnell @GothicBhoy]

@mixos72 Mick, interested in your thoughts on this but it seems odd to me that the right seems to be the defenders of free speech, and the left, under the perhaps the misplaced belief in the common good, are going to take us to place where personal freedoms are lost.

[Roger Mitchell @RPMComo]

Sadly I’m more and more convinced that we are about to see a massive reduction in personal liberties. Crises have always been used as an excuse to impose laws that restrict control the individual. We will see martial law, obligatory vaccines and economic rules that will shock!

[Paul O'Donnell @GothicBhoy]

@PaulmurphyBKK @IainRamsay_17 Sounds like the Thai refs are up there with the Scottish ones when it comes to questionable calls.

[Paul O'Donnell @GothicBhoy]

@celticrumours Going to be a whole lot of bed wetting and over reaction and I expect this season might go to the wire. When fans are back, it will be even worse.

[Paul O'Donnell @GothicBhoy]

@docjohnnyg @MarcasOg135 There’s a few of them around I’m sure but seems like most are on board here with whatever’s required.
