@nasiphim@CityTshwane Why do estates rely on private waste collectors in the first place? It’s because your own waste collection has been inefficient, and now you want to penalize us for shortcomings on your side. These charges are unlawful, and we demand that our accounts be credited accordingly!

@nasiphim@shingz_ We also don’t deserve to be robbed in daylight by Tshwane charging us illegal waste/ cleansing levies… Please respond to our queries about these illegal cleansing fees that have been billed onto our rates accounts.
@nasiphim Mam, what is this? We are already paying for private waste collectors on the city’s instruction to get private waste collectors. We are being double charged. Can the city come and collect our waste so that we cancel the private waste collectors?
@FlySafair Please get off your high horse this is the airline business. Many have come and gone. You are not invincible! Please we need answers. Good night / Good morning is not going to help stranded passengers. We need answers.
@FlySafair I just paid R4300 on a different airline to CT for this coming Friday. I don’t want a voucher I need a full refund. Please let me know what is the process to follow to get a full refund.
@vote_checker@nasiphim Supported one number for the entire city… e.g. the Discovery WhatsApp BoT works very well.
Hopefully we will also be informed of planned maintenance strategies that the city is implementing to maintain streetlights, traffic lights, substations and pump stations.
@nasiphim@CityTshwane I hope the city is no longer billing estimates. We were once in the same situation, we paid our utility bill diligently only to find out 4 years later that we were under billed all of the sudden we owed R4.7million. I hope it’s not the case with this residential complex.
@nasiphim@CityTshwane@Selbybok How and when does the city ever do planned maintenance? Your reactive approach to issues is inconveniencing us big time…
@nasiphim@nasiphim we are grateful that the power is back but please communicate preventative measures and lessons learnt to prevent a reoccurrence of the situation. @CityTshwane@Selbybok
@nasiphim@CityTshwane@Selbybok@nasiphim@CityTshwane I have been living in this area for the last 8 years and the preventative maintenance communication I have ever received from the City was due to Rand Water’s planned maintenance.
@nasiphim@CityTshwane@Selbybok@Kgosientsho_R please intervene, who’s to say the substations feeding the Union building and other national key points in the city won’t experience the same issues?
@CityTshwane@Kgosientsho_R it’s been almost 12days without power…
At least with Eskom loadshedding we can plan our lives, right now we are screwed.
Can someone in government intervene? Tshwane is failing us!
@nasiphim Politicians come and go, but most of the technical teams of the city have been there since the ANC era. They need to be speared in the right direction. Please consider getting your own independent technical advisors to help you understand the state of these substations.
@nasiphim@CityTshwane Ausi Mayor @nasiphim please we are waiting for you to communicate the preventative measures and lessons learnt to ensure that this will never happen again. The city is always reactive when it comes to electricity issues, please rectify this.
