from 14-20 till 14-52, time of departure of train from Platform 2. Innumerable waiting Passengers seen rushing with luggage from Platform 1 to 2 through overbridge, only lift having been 'not working', as it is. Myself and my wife, Senior Citizens, couldn't board the train

Announcement of arrival of 13176 Kanchanjunga Express at Rampurhat Railway Station on 11-01-25 at Platform 2 was made just 'immediate before' its arrival having less time to board the train. The train stranded at RPH Marshal Yard for 20 minutes. Platform 1 seen available
