@Lets_Colive @RishikeshJosh19 @consumerforum_ @sureshrangaraj @jagograhakjago Your staff only has done the checkout without we even telling him and when asked about it he said there's nothing he can do for that and he said that this month's rent will be deducted from deposit and remaining amount will be given back by 15 August. Is this how you guys work?

[Gourav Hongal @GouravHongal]

Yeah. Nobody from their office ever picks up any calls and everyone is just trying to ignore and they say they'll help but they never do. They have the worst staff and service. There is no care for customer whatsoever.

Hello writing this regarding about a property where i stayed on rent for one year in Bangalore ,which is 'Colive'. Who fraud people by not returning the deposit amount.Attached is the mail with details. Please share it . @sureshrangaraj @Lets_Colive @consumerforum_ .

[Gourav Hongal @GouravHongal]

@Lets_Colive @RishikeshJosh19 @consumerforum_ @sureshrangaraj @jagograhakjago Dear Colive, my roommate(for whom the deposit is not refunded yet) has received this mail today(attached below is the screenshot of it). He doesn't have any arrears at all. Infact even his last month's rent was taken from deposit itself. I don't know what records you guys have.

[Gourav Hongal @GouravHongal]

@Lets_Colive @RishikeshJosh19 @consumerforum_ @sureshrangaraj @jagograhakjago Thank you. I want this to be resolved by Monday or at the max by Wednesday. I need the deposit to be refunded by that time. I sincerely hope this gets resolved without me or my roommate having to escalate it any further.

@RishikeshJosh19 @Lets_Colive @consumerforum_ @sureshrangaraj @jagograhakjago The service request number is SR105928.The checkout was done by one of your employees itself and he assured that the deposit will be refunded by 15th Aug.I have not got the amount still. Please look into this and get back to me in 2 days or I'll have to take some serious actions.

[Gourav Hongal @GouravHongal]

@RishikeshJosh19 @Lets_Colive @consumerforum_ @sureshrangaraj @jagograhakjago @RishikeshJosh19 is my roommate and it is for him that the deposit refund issue has happened. I have shared the details in the below reply. Please do look into it.

@Airtel_Presence @STadkodkar Your's is the worst network I have ever used. You people put on such ads everywhere claiming that your network is the best and available everywhere but it doesn't work anywhere. Please stop putting such fake ads and focus on improving your service. #BoycottAirtel
