There is the immutable ledger. When you press this button essentially it is using algorithms to judge your distance to your current location. Standard tracking protocol for any ISP. How the system(SentinelOS) fixes this

This is how we fix the server and network system.
Everyone/every device has a user ID specific to the your identity and it is not physically hackable.
Every server can be connected to a Calling server that only allows the user to pass based on permissions pre set. With one click a hospital can transfer a record to a small rural clinic for an emergency. Satellites stay connected indefinitely because they are preauthorized to be connected to a server that only has access from a US Government held identity vault. They see none of the traffic to your server, they only allow the passage. If you don't have permission, you can't see.

Implement my fix for the entire SATCOM network, after implementing, we can bounce off of nodes and we will have a worldwide internet mesh that runs of SATCOM, 4G, 5G, WIFI, eventually 6G with perfect authentication and ZERO LAG. Impossible to jam a signal that can change transmission in the blink of an eye. Gaussian does not effect the jitter enough to stop the authentication process. DDIL cyber security.
