Can't believe multi million pound/multi national company @marksandspencer are taking this long to sort basic click and collect service. Waiting nrly a week now for a parcel. Staff say they can see it but can't give it to me. Poor organisation. Poor service. Poor communication.

Why is the customer service at @Halfords_uk so shockingly awful?! Trying to cancel an order and no one on the chat, email or phone will help. Coupled with the shocking attitude of the in store staff. Not a pleasant experience.

@Gatwick_Airport welcome to the 90s... Where only the women's toilets have baby changing facilities! Fun trying to change my toddler on my my lap in a dirty stinky men's toilet at gate 54 (with no toilet paper!) Poor show Gatwick
