Another “green” arrest. Ngo Thi To Nhien, executive director for Vietnam Initiative for Energy Transition (VIET) was arrested on 15 Sept, according to right group The 88 Project. She is the 6th environmental expert that VN authorities have taken into custody in the past 2 years.
