Quoting and estimates have always been hard.

And yet it's one of the most important parts of the inside sales process. Quoting software has excited for decades but the quoting process is still super manual.

Unfort, pricing rules live in someone's head. The way Company A and Company B in the same vertical handle estimating, quoting, and pricing is often completely different. Same industry. Different logic. Different exceptions. Different muscle memory built over 20 years.

You just can't build a cookie-cutter SaaS that works for all of them. Cause you'd end up with:

> A software that needs constant reconfiguration as prices change
> A team doing glue work between tools just to get a quote out the door
> Experienced employees becoming the bottleneck because the knowledge is in their heads, not the system

The status quo is quotes that take days. 30%+ of incoming requests slipping through simply because there's no capacity. Follow-ups that never happen.

I'm super excited to showcase this use-case for a client that we're in the middle of deploying. Would love to get feedback if you deal with similar issues at your organisation.

I was talking to one of the top VCs in the world and they thought we sell hardware memory....

for the first 10 minutes i learned about how memory is a a big problem in AI, and how much companies are fighting to get it.

many VCs just don't check/care 😭
