Customer Care saying not able to contact Restaurant. Delivery done by restaurant so they dont have any control. They are not able to cancel the order also. If no control, then why i pay extra to Swiggy? 2/2

We expect a sensible decision from @IncomeTaxIndia.

When original ITR deadlines are extended due to delayed forms and system issues, the belated/revised return window must also move accordingly.

Taxpayers should not lose statutory correction time due to Government delay.

@FinMinIndia An early announcement will be appreciated.
