@askflydubai I have reached out to @MyTrip multiple times but they just send me back to you( screenshots attached ), so please raise a case or ticket for my refund on your end which I can share with mytrip to process my refund.
I hope @flydubai handles this responsibly to help it’s customer

When I sent them your clear statement that @MyTrip can process my refund to original payment method and if they need they can contact your agent support and this what the reply I get from fraud @MyTrip
