For my first five years in corporate America I had no promotion.
Then in my next five, I had three.
Same me. Same company. Different results.

Spiritual warfare 101 - No matter how overwhelmed you “feel” inside, never show the devil. You see, the devil is NOT Omniscient, so he does not know all things. The things he knows about us are things said and spoken of us. Or the things we let out from our mouths ourselves or by our reactions and actions. So while you may be overwhelmed in your soul, the way he gets to know is from your reaction. And because he is a wicked and oppressive entity, when he knows where it hurts, he robs it in the more.
But responding in praise confounds him. This is exactly the rationale behind the idea that praise confuses the enemy. Because he can’t understand why his onslaught is not causing you to give up and give in.
So beloved saints of God, regardless how you feel right now, find a way to release your praise !
“14 But I will hope continually, and will yet praise thee more and more.”
Psalm 71:14.
You are BLESSED 🙂

This tweet here by TG Omori is why I tell people all the time, there are few medical problems in this world as mentally draining, financially destroying and life altering like kidney failure.
Kidney failure will make you spend all your money, sell your properties, borrow money and in the end still kill you - except in a very few cases if you are fortunate to get a new kidney.
Even with a new kidney, you may still die, penniless, in debt and in misery. I will never wish my enemies to have kidney failure. It’s one of the worst calamities that can befall a human being. Except you have battled kidney failure yourself, or you have seen firsthand at a close range someone suffer from it, you will have no clue how deadly and disastrous it is.
Whatever you do,
If you can read this tweet,
Pls do all you can if you can, to never have kidney failure.
I beg you all, especially young people,
Whatever you can do, please kindly stay away from anything that can damage and destroy your kidneys.
AVOID SMOKING of any kind.
Whether it is cigarettes, shisha, weed or anything that pumps your system with smoke.
AVOID EXCESS ALCOHOL use.
Alcohol should only be for moderate infrequent use on special occasions if you have to. Alcohol must never become like water that you drink everyday.
ALWAYS DRINK AT LEAST 2.5litres of water daily. It helps to hydrate your system and flush your kidneys naturally keeping them in a good state.
RUN AWAY AND AVOID street herbal drinks especially the local unlicensed unregulated ones that are just mixed inside someone’s house and sold to you. That “strong erection” “back pain” “system flusher” drink sold to you in traffic to make you last in bed and feel strong will lead you to your grave faster than you think.
MONITOR YOUR BLOOD SUGAR every 3-6months. Undetected and uncontrolled diabetes will damage your kidneys and ruin your kidneys. If you check your random blood sugar and you get >11.1 mmol/l, pls see a doctor. You can buy a blood sugar machine at any chemist near you.
MONITOR YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE every 3-6months. Undetected and uncontrolled hypertension and high blood pressure will damage and destroy your kidneys. If you measure your blood pressure and you get a reading more than 140/90, pls see a doctor. You can buy a blood pressure machine at a chemist near you.
AVOID SELF MEDICATION when you are not well. It is not every little pain that needs painkillers and it is not every diarrhea that needs antibiotics. Every time you take un-prescribed medication especially when you do it repeatedly, you put your kidneys and your liver at a dangerous risk. It’s not everything that needs a tablet or a syrup medication. You are using your own hands to destroy your own kidneys when you self medicate.
MONITOR YOUR WEIGHT please.
There is NO real medical benefit to being overweight. Obesity puts you at risk of heart disease, heart attack, high blood pressure, kidney damage, kidney failure and sudden death. As much as you can and as far as you can, pls kindly go to gym, eat less junk, eat better diet and do what you can to stay fit and healthy.
WATCH YOUR FAMILY. If you have family members who have developed or died from kidney problems, it means the risk is high for you too. In terms of genetics, there is not much you can do, but in terms of the other things I’ve raised above, pls ensure you do them and stay healthy.
On a final note.
People with kidney failure deserve our empathy and compassion because sometimes in life you can do everything right and still suffer a medical calamity like kidney failure.
I hope you learnt something from this little post I’ve just made. Pls kindly help share so that others can also learn something as well. You can help save someone’s life.
My heart goes out to TG,
And I pray that God will help him through this difficult time of his life.
MY FRIEND APPLIED TO 35 JOBS.
GOT GHOSTED 35 TIMES.
No callbacks.
No interviews.
Just silence.
Then I gave him 7 ChatGPT prompts.
He used them all.
He got 7 replies — in 5 days.
Here’s exactly what changed:
1. “Act like a recruiter in [industry]. What’s missing from this résumé based on this job post?”
→ Found the red flags before hiring managers did.
2. “Rewrite this summary to sound confident, specific, and aligned with [target role].”
→ Generic intros don’t get interviews. This one did.
3. “Turn these bullets into achievement-driven statements with numbers and impact.”
→ Buzzwords are boring. Metrics get noticed.
4. “Reframe this 2021–2022 gap as a strength or growth experience.”
→ No more hiding it. He owned it — and stood out.
5. “Write a custom cover letter for this role using my résumé.”
→ Not a recycled template. A real pitch.
6. “Optimize this résumé with keywords to pass ATS filters for [job title].”
→ Bots don’t skip what they can find.
7. “Give me a one-line elevator pitch I can use in outreach and interviews.”
→ Short. Memorable. Confident.
Job boards didn’t change.
His prompts did.
Save this and RT.
Use it.
And stop getting ghosted. 🧠💼

My Bro/Sis, you see that thing you’ve been waiting on God for and almost thinking it would never happen, eh? very soon, much sooner than you think, It will happen. And you will come back to this particular tweet, to say “IT HAS HAPPENED.” IN JESUS’ NAME.
You are blessed !
My fellow men, the 10- year period between the ages of 35 and 45 is a critical period for your health. You are right in the middle of trying to make something of your career. You are probably married and have bought your first car, maybe even your first house. You can afford to hang with the boys, eat plenty of nkwobi and isi ewu, and drink plenty of beer.
Before you know it, your stomach would start to shoot out. Then you’ll realise that you are easily tired and that just climbing a flight of stairs has you panting. That is when you may experience your first bout of erectile dysfunction. Don’t resort to herbal sexual enhancements. You’ll kill your liver and kidney.
Instead, now is the time to take up physical exercise in a serious way. I know that you may not have time in the middle of all your hustle but I can share some tips.
You can do 10 quick push ups at work several times a day. When you go to a shopping center, park at the far end and walk. In high rise buildings, take the stairs instead of the lift. If you are buying things in the neighborhood, leave the car at home. If you can, join a gym near work, so that you can go straight from work before you get home.
Most importantly, find a way of lifting weights 2-3 times a week, even if it is just to buy some dumbbells you can use at home. Lifting weights would bulletproof your body and boost your testosterone. Get a full body workout at least once a week, maybe on Saturdays or whenever you get a day off.
Do these from for those 10 years between 35 and 45 and you will hardly fall sick, and madam will be kept happy well into your old age. But please consult your doctor before you start any exercise routine.
Finally, it is not everything that you see that you must eat. And I am not only talking about food.
I am Ezemmuo. I know things.
