Private Equity and start-up geek. Too many political, legal, and economic hot takes. A little bit of knowledge from #Umich#MSU#Harvard; also, I swear too much
@ErmanniMedia@Keihndeth Bud…the issue is, non UM dummies are pretending that he didn’t know “Ohio” was called “Ohio State”. Regardless of your partisan bias, the sports guy in you knew what he was saying. Retracing history 50 years to make a point is very “Ohio” of you 🙄
@UofmUpdates247 it's one-semester (12-15 credit hours), so out of the 120+ to graduate 10% of the college experience is learning how to learn and not a grade inflated 101 grind, yeah these kids and their employers will be fine.
@Amo4sho@WSOP 🙄 - guessing you’re leaving out a significant detail on purpose.
Check made out to you from another casino? Or some other form of non-immediate clearable instrument.
…FFS they let use your Amex at the cage now. Doubt they are worried about “where” as much as if it’ll clear
@Jacoob_shi@dessaigne That's @dessaigne 's point - the boring work comes from the belief that your background doesn't scale or match innovation cycles. The tools close the skill gap vs the creative gap. If you have an idea, the gap to building an outcome is now as low as it's ever been.
@raghavv33@dessaigne "access to people to contribute to growth" is generally a misnomer when efforts to expand seem to have failed. The truth is, people find you if they believe you will contribute to "their growth".
@GoVoltron1@GeeksGamersCom yep, my brain disconnected from my youth at this exact moment in the theatre. I was like...get the f out of here with this BS. 🤣
@berry_seth14 additional reason why "The Game" needs to be moved from the regular season finale.
...also "Rivalries" become meaningless (like the 2024 result) if there is no penalty for losing (or winning). OSU loses as a 20+ pt fav, still gets a home playoff game and wins the CFP. 🤷♂️
@JamesSurowiecki@DavidBahnsen I think people are missing the distinction between buying Spirit as a going concern and selectively acquiring assets after bankruptcy. JetBlue is now better off trying to pick up gates, aircraft, routes, and staff rather than paying $3.8B and inheriting a bankrupt operation.
