महोदय, हम आपके संज्ञान में लाना चाहते हैं कि हमारी गली के बाहर काफी समय से पानी की लीकेज हो रही है। लगातार पानी बहने के कारण रास्ते में गंदगी और कीचड़ की समस्या बनी हुई है, जिससे आम लोगों को आने-जाने में भारी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। इस संबंध में मैंने पूर्व में भी शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी, लेकिन विभाग द्वारा बिना किसी कार्रवाई के ही शिकायत को बंद कर दिया गया। इस विषय में संबंधित जेई साहब को भी कई बार सूचित किया जा चुका है, परंतु अभी तक कोई ठोस कार्रवाई नहीं की गई है। इसके अतिरिक्त, दिल्ली जल बोर्ड की ओर से एक बार मुझे फोन आया था और आश्वासन दिया गया था कि समस्या का समाधान शीघ्र कर दिया जाएगा। किंतु उसके बाद न तो कोई कर्मचारी मौके पर आया और न ही लीकेज की समस्या का समाधान किया गया। वर्तमान में जब भी मैं इस संबंध में संपर्क करने का प्रयास करता हूं, तो संबंधित कर्मचारी फोन तक नहीं उठाते हैं, न ही किसी प्रकार का जवाब देते हैं। अतः आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि इस मामले को गंभीरता से संज्ञान में लेते हुए मेरी शिकायत पर शीघ्र आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का कष्ट करें तथा पानी की लीकेज को जल्द से जल्द ठीक करवाया जाए, ताकि क्षेत्रवासियों को हो रही परेशानी से राहत मिल सके। धन्यवाद। @CPCB_OFFICIAL @gupta_rekha @p_sahibsingh @DelhiJalBoard
