As winter approaches, around 1,000 damaged homes and buildings in Gaza are at risk of collapse, reconstruction expert Naji Sarhan warns.
The warning follows the collapse of the Al-Saada building in Gaza City, which killed at least 21 Palestinians, including eight children, injured 14 and left dozens missing.
With hundreds of families still sheltering in damaged structures and few safe alternatives available, rain and strong winds could further weaken already fragile buildings, turning homes into potential graves.
🇵🇸🇮🇱 Blockade the diesel and you don't even need to bomb the hospital...
70% of Gaza's hospital generators have already stopped working, according to the health ministry, and the rest are running on what little fuel is left.
When a generator dies, the losses come in order: incubators, ventilators, dialysis, then the oxygen supply.
A premature baby has minutes. A dialysis patient has days.
The shortage stops the buses too; hundreds of medical staff never made it to their shifts today...
Israel says it's letting medical supplies through. The ministry says what arrives doesn't cover the minimum needed to keep the lights on.
Everything now runs on the litres left in those tanks, and nobody is saying when the next delivery comes.

Enjoy what remains of this life. Sleep peacefully, go to work, take your trips, make your plans, and live your days as you wish.
But remember that somewhere else, there are people who do not even have the luxury of living one ordinary day. People who wake up not knowing whether they will survive until night. People who long for the simple things that many of us take for granted—safety, food, clean water, a home, and a peaceful night.
So live your life, but do not close your eyes to the suffering of others. What you see, what you hear, and what you choose to remain silent about will not simply disappear.
One day, excuses will no longer be enough. No one will be able to say, “I didn’t see,” or “I didn’t know.”
Please keep looking. Keep listening. Keep speaking. Silence is also a choice. 🇵🇸
B’Tselem Executive Director Yuli Novak has called on the international community to move beyond statements and take action, warning that continued inaction gives Israel more time to deepen a systematic project of violence, displacement, movement restrictions, economic pressure and political repression in the West Bank.

Behind every name was a life, a family, dreams, and people who loved them.
Please do not let their names disappear into silence. Remember them, speak about them, and share their names so the world knows they were not just numbers. 🖤🇵🇸
May they rest in peace, and may their families find strength and comfort.
🚨🇺🇸 Just in time for the midterms, @RepThomas Massie turns up the heat on the Epstein case:
“It’s a race against time, but we are moving fast toward justice and transparency.
We have 195 of the 218 signatures required to force a vote on Epstein Files Transparency Act II!”
I’m certain at least 23 more people in Congress are against trafficking and harming children, right?!
DO THE RIGHT THING!!!

After two years and a half, Israeli occupation release Palestinian detainee Zaher Barakat, from the town of Anabta, east of Tulkarem, occupied West Bank, in poor condition.
A child in Gaza was injured while carrying a container of water…
Even the water they desperately seek just to survive has become a path filled with danger. 💔
Share our suffering.
Help amplify our voices.
Please don’t let the world look away.
One of the most heinous crimes in human history: Israel bombed a bus carrying kindergarten children this morning, killing everyone inside. This defies human comprehension.
Trump halted all diplomatic negotiations with Iran.
Putin halted all diplomatic negotiations with Ukraine.
Netanyahu refused to withdraw from Lebanon and Gaza.
This is Moscow, as Kyiv, as Tehran, as Lebanon, as Gaza, as many Arab countries: sending drones to a beach in Russia or a civilian bus in Ukraine, flattening villages in Lebanon, bombing refugee camps in Gaza, firing missiles at a wedding in Iran, blowing up oil refineries and military bases in Arab and Gulf states. All of this is, of course, intended to force the other side to respond with violence.
This must end before they push others into a place where they can no longer ignore this, perhaps to respond with tactical nuclear weapons.
Sad that Warmongering Politicians in the EU promote war while the people of Europe want Peace. Sad that Warmongering Politicians in Washington, D.C. promote war while the American people want Peace. Sad that Warmongering Politicians in Israel promote war while the REAL Jewish people want Peace. These Politicians came from a dangerous Fascist tradition.
I don't know if I can say this publicly out of respect for the principles of diplomatic integrity, but I remember when we were in a closed-door diplomatic meeting aimed at encouraging Ukraine to resume Istanbul Peace Talks with Russia, mediated by President Erdoğan.
During the negotiations, the Ukrainian Deputy Foreign Minister stated that Russia currently occupies and controls nearly 20% of Ukrainian territory, and that the Ukrainian army and resistance will never surrender.
I responded by pointing out that Israel currently occupies and controls nearly 20% of my country, Lebanon—a situation your country, Ukraine, has supported by deeming it a "security zone," labeling the Lebanese resistance a terrorist group, and calling on Lebanon to reach a diplomatic solution.
During our co-chairing of the session, a notable shift in alignment occurred following my remarks, when my esteemed colleague adjusted his seating positioning away from the center, signaling a momentary divergence in our respective perspectives. The failure lies with us, not with international law; international law has not failed—nor is this a failure of the law itself, for the law exists and its principles are clear. Rather, the failure lies in our collective will to enforce the law, punish those who violate it, put an end to double standards, and focus on human security rather than state security.
We have reached a point where merely criticizing one side of a conflict for violating international law exposes us to targeting by the other—and vice versa! It is as if the killing of human beings, the destruction of nations, and destroying of the planet have become normalized and commonplace. One must condemn violations of international law and human rights, even if committed by one’s own country or party. This is the true meaning of the rule of law applying to everyone, and it is how we achieve peace and prosperity for everyone, everywhere.
If diplomacy evolves, even the hardest conflicts can find a path to peace; if diplomacy fails, the future will be bleak.
In his latest message relayed through his lawyer, detained Palestinian doctor Hussam Abu Safiya says Israeli prison guards continue to beat him across his body, including sensitive areas, using their hands, feet and batons. He says the assaults also occur after meetings with his lawyers.
Abu Safiya also reports deliberate sleep deprivation through loud noises and speakers during the night, along with threats warning him not to disclose information about his detention conditions to his lawyers.
He says he previously suffered injuries to his head, face and other parts of his body, while Israeli Prison Service records documented an injury to his left eye and complaints of head and chest injuries.

Donald Trump is determined to subvert the midterms. All that can save us, if he succeeds, is a national strike.
This is the part they don’t show you.
An openly anti-Zionist Jewish community.
Anti-Zionism is NOT Anti-Semitism!
Everyone should protest against Zionism, Zionism is not Judaism.
Being against Zionism does not make you an enemy of the Jews.
🇮🇷🇺🇸 Iranian FM Spox. Baghaei:
"The truth of this unlawful war of choice, and the true face of the war crime, is in Sirik, where a wedding ceremony was brutally bombed as part of America’s desperate struggle to conceal its failure, not in AI-generated videos portraying American officials as triumphant heroes.
He then quoted The Things They Carried, by American novelist Tim O'Brien:
“A true war story is never moral… If a story seems moral, do not believe it."
