They return 4 of their top 5 scorers in jr @crump_aaliyah (6'0"--22.0ppg), soph @LanelleWrightMN (5'8"--10.3ppg), & srs @GraceHamdorf (5'10"--7.2ppg) & @sidney_reed (6'1"--6.5ppg). Reed suffered a knee injury this spring, so may not be available this season. Minnetonka welcomes back sr @GopherWBB commit @tori_mckinney_ (6'0"), who missed last season due to injury. In addition, they return a deep collection of additional players that could step into bigger roles this year, including srs @CeceNesseth (5'11"--3.3ppg), @sydcummings20 (5'8"--2.5ppg), @McCallumLeisl (5'11"--1.7ppg), & Keira Keegan (6'1"--1.7ppg); & jr @HarleyWock (5'11"--3.1ppg), among others. STMA (29-3, #3) won a 1-pt decision over Lake conference rival Hopkins (28-3, #2) to win the Class AAAA state championship. They graduated 2 starters in D-I players Tessa Johnson (South Carolina) & Piper Carlson (Idaho State), but return their #2-4 scorers in srs @SHUWBB commit @JakahlaCraft (5'9"--16.6ppg) & @ava_haus23 (5'9"--8.9ppg), & jr @HoseltonAbby06 (6'0"--8.9ppg) as well as super soph @CailJahnke (6'2"--7.4ppg), who should step into a more prominent offensive role while providing her usual outstanding defense.
