This is a Monstera deliciosa, it is very new to me so I am still trying to understand what it likes. I noticed that its leaves were curling and that is a sign of under watering, however, when I watered it more leaves curled, there is definitely a watering issue.

Hello plant 200, these are my lil golden pothos children (Epipremnum aureum). Their varigation is green with a while marble pattern. Their leaves are waxy and thick, they are poisonous to cats, dogs, and slightly to humans! Very simple to care for!

This would be an Avocado (Persea americana), the fruit we all know and love. Avocados grow on trees and contains a single seed in the center. These trees like moderately humid and warm conditions (60-85 F).

Unfortunately I do not have a selfie with a mushroom and I am currently quarantining but this is a picture of a mushroom from summer that was in my garden. I believe its Latin name is Boletus pseudosensibilis. This mushroom has a velvet red top and a yellow bottom.

This is my Ponytail Palm otherwise known as a Beaucarnea recurvata. Geotropism is a plants growth response to gravity. This plants roots grow down and exhibit positive geotropism while its trunk and leaves grow up and exhibit negative geotropism.

This is my new child, a Zamioculcas zamiifolia, also known as a ZZ plant. ZZ plants have a rhizome root system, I tried to show this in the second picture. These plants are very entry level plants but beautiful with their glossy leaves.

This is my favorite child, an Aloe vera. When I purchased this plant it was suffering very badly from root rot. I could tell because when I would cut off a piece it would ooze yellow. It is still recovering but not showing this symptom.

The plant shown below is a Chinese Evergreen, it goes by the Latin name Aglaonema commutatum. This plant bears leaves with a leathery texture and a unique variegation. This is a lovely plant for beginners!
