@HM_Passport I sent my passport off for renewal end of January/start of feb, it’s now 24th May and I still haven’t received my passport. Issues with name change even tho I’ve not changed my name, communication awful. Nearly 4 months I’ve waited and a cancelled holiday with no refund! AWFUL!!
