I have my moments throughout the year but I feel like I handle it like a champ for the most part. And then early September comes and I feel like I can’t breathe. I feel an actual ache in my heart. Grief is so ugly.
Talking about “we’d hate to lose your business.” Pls shut up. No you don’t. Otherwise, you’d make it right. But my $60 is more important than that, right?
Flew @SpiritAirlines because I booked a ticket last minute and they were the quickest flight. Cool. Then, they lost my bag. The person that checked my bag put someone else’s name on it.
The guy who helped file the claim wasn’t listening to me. Had he listened, he would’ve simply looked to see where the person was flying to see if that’s where my bag went. But no.
And that’s after I’ve been referred to department after department all day, until finally someone told me that I needed to chat with a live person. More hoops. Just for them to essentially say “oh well” and end the chat.
And now they’re refusing to refund me. I literally have screenshots of them basically saying it is what it is. Crazy. It doesn’t matter that my daughter has gone 2 days without her medicine because of their carelessness.
That took all day. I did the job for them. They wouldn’t have even known where to look. My stuff would’ve just been gone. So I want a refund for my bag. It’s just $60 but it’s $60 that they don’t deserve. Since I DID THEIR JOB FOR THEM.
Until I talked to Jojo with baggage and she looked up the confirmation on the tag I was given and BOOM. Found my bag. The person that helped with my claim didn’t even bother noting that I had been given the wrong tag. If I hadn’t kept it, my bag just would’ve been gone.
So, I spent all day yesterday, panicking and crying because I had things in my bag that I needed. I called them all day and NO ONE was helpful. No one was listening, nobody cared.
