Just like in #Nigeria, Grace Naiserian, programme officer at @MzalendoWatch#Kenya, says citizens are becoming increasingly careless with their personal data, but she argues they are not entirely to blame because many state and many private entities demand excessive personal information before offering services, leaving people with little or no choice.
