First run in over 18 months and post having a baby 16 weeks ago. It’s so tough getting back to exercise with the elevated heart rate, breathlessness, sore legs and having to walk a good chunk of the way but how nice is it that my niece comes with me. Pic 2 is from Nov 2020 ❤️

Elodie O’Kane arrived at lunch time on Wednesday.
It’s lovely to be home but we will be eternally grateful for the compassion and skills from each member of the staff involved in our care at @NHSCTrust. Absolute stars.
