This isn't a big deal, I have late growth which is still normal
A friend of mine started her menstruation at 18 years on her birthday
So she isn't behind
It's normal till 20 I think so
โMy 17yr old daughter has never seen her period.
I was not too worried at 16. I told her our body is different, no need to worry. But she started getting anxious since all her friends had already started menstruating.
She is currently in 100 level.
I took her to LASUTH, and after several tests, the doctor said she has MRKH, that she was born without a womb.
I didn't show her the results that day. I've been terrified since she keeps asking for the full results, and I keep lying that the doctor is still reviewing it.
How do I tell a 17-year-old that she will never menstruate or carry a pregnancy? She talks about future husbands and children. My heart breaks every time.
Parents, how do I have this conversation without scarring her for life?โ
โ A mother cries out
.......
This is a really painful experience.
Now my question is:
How would you handle this if it were your daughter?
And when, really, is the right time to tell a child something like this?
Is it better to just not tell her at all?
โIโll do it laterโ has turned into piles of undone visions and dreams.
Why not do it now?
Clear that space.
Do that work.
Send that message.
Take that step.
Just get it done ๐ฏ
Happy New Week, X family โค๏ธ
One sincere advice is that youโre not behind, but your evolvement depends on you
You have to get up and do the work without motivation
Stop watching people success and wishing to be like them without doing anything, itโs work not totally luck
Lastly some people had backup plan which you donโt
Build intentional and commit your work to God
What advice would you give to someone in their early 30s with no university degree and stuck in a survival mode job who feels time is running out for him/her? @thenanaaba please ma, Iโll need your advice on this ๐๐
Thank you ๐คโค๏ธ
Ever opened an app and instantly felt like closing it? ๐
In Nigeria, even resting feels like youโre wasting time.
Because if youโre not doing something, youโre thinking about what youโre not doing.
Thatโs also how SaaS users feel inside apps.
If they donโt get value fastโฆ they leave mentally first.
What makes you stay in an app or leave fast? ๐
