@FoxNews What matters is that the jury heard it so they can make the right decision. The rest of the country has already made up their mind, one way or the other.
@ImTheLitPheonix @nytimes I agree Baldwin is not responsible as an actor, however as a producer of the movie he has some liability. Producers are responsible for hiring skilled and competent crew members.
@chicagotribune I believe the mother and boyfriend should rot in hell, and the “acquaintance” should probably be sent there along with them. Witnessing such horrid abuse and not reporting it should be punished.
@sunshine_toes@Dorry_Segev The majority of deaths in general include comorbidities. So we shouldn’t try to cure heart disease, stroke, some cancers, etc. because it’s just the fault of those lazy fat people?
@FoxNews 2/2 I think this case has some unique elements, making it somewhat newsworthy. I do also believe people are more interested in missing cute white girls. Sadly, runaways, children abducted by a parent and missing people of color don’t drive the same interest level.
@FoxNews 1/2 The media reports on what listeners/readers care about. They would report on my dog’s upcoming birthday if they thought it would bring viewers. The question is therefore why was this story more of a ratings grab than other missing persons stories?
@lulu258bam@nytimes While I support ending the extra unemployment benefits, many of these jobs to which you are referring offer pay that does not cover basic cost of living expenses.
@Ouyevolitub @ImSoVirtual @thehill You are not correct. Alzheimer’s patients can exhibit a varying level of decline from day to day. It is over all a progressive disease, but the decline is not linear.
@Ouyevolitub @ImSoVirtual @thehill Well, he did. It was apparently a day with greater memory and cognitive skills than most days. Alzheimer’s is a progressive disease but it’s not linear. Each day is not the same.
@KarenHeathAlle2 @ImSoVirtual @thehill Agree. My father was an MIT graduate and exceptional at math, engineering and analytics. That is one question he always gets right on the test, for now at least.
@Ouyevolitub @ImSoVirtual @thehill You are not correct. He was dx by his neurologist a year ago. He doesn’t remember his sister most days. He can’t recall what he ate for breakfast. Stage 3 is still early stage. He was an exceptionally intelligent man but he has Alzheimer’s. I am a retired surgeon, fyi.
@thehill My father is stage 3 (out of 7) Alzheimer’s. He got a 27/30 the last time he did this test at his neurologists office. The fact they even gave the test to Trump is a sign of their concern over his mental status.
@ABC12WJRT All the teachers involved should have been fired. They had no right to touch this girl or alter her appearance. They should have instead tried to determine which student cut her hair a few days prior, and not terrorized her again.
