@_ayandamay I don’t think anyone’s disputing that what ur saying is rape. What’s in dispute was whether or not Jane Doe actually consented or not- a fact which no one knows except for those involved
@Dearing71@redliptruth okay, I think I'm starting to understand now. so any evidence against the accused is proof of their guilt, whereas any evidence in favor of the accused, should simply be written off as a trauma response. got it.
@Dearing71@redliptruth got it. so the snapchats should be used as evidence of the accused's guilt, but the accuser's texts/statements should NOT be used as evidence of their innocence (because those were due to her trauma response). do I have that right?
@AmeliaNovaX what? first of all, u don't know who the "victim" is yet, until a trial happens. and secondly, both ppl's actions are scrutinized. when someone makes a claim, u look at the evidence & actions of both the accuser and the accused, as ur trying to figure out the truth. pretty simple
@Dearing71@redliptruth so there's pretty much nothing the accused person can point to, to prove their innocence. right? Because, in theory, every piece of evidence might just be part of the victims “trauma response”, correct?
@Dearing71@redliptruth okay so, theoretically, a victim might get married to her perpetrator, and then realize years into her marriage, that she was raped, right? and that would be a normal part of the trauma response. right?
@AlluringlySol@BarrylMason@bigjonflamingo I said it wasn't, because- in the USA- it isn't , genius. where do u think Clav lives? just because abortion is illegal in Iraq, doesn't mean that a woman who gets an abortion in Canada is a killer. that's not how laws work- they're respective to each person's country
@broadwaybabyto So all the evidence that could possibly exonerate the accused are just meaningless, because of her trauma response, then? Got it. Makes sense
@0fftheair_@LeaveHeardAlone I think it’s because not a single person actually knows what happened. Ppl need to stop jumping to conclusions before a trial happens and we can see all pieces of evidence. Right now it’s just angry ppl who dont know all the facts
@Bogati2017@itsnwts Ikr. Same as when women get mad when men mention false accusations. It’s like…yall are just ratting urselves out as some psychotic false accuser lmao
@AlluringlySol@BarrylMason@bigjonflamingo Again, u say false allegations of rape are uncommon and yet you’ve accused me 3 times of being a rapist, as well as 2 other ppl. And u wonder why ppl question when an accusation is made 😂 Cause of ppl like 🫵🏾 😂🤙🏾
@AlluringlySol@BarrylMason@bigjonflamingo I asked u to name a state and u sent me a screenshot of what “stealthing” is. Ur claiming Clav is guilty of something that isn’t even a crime 😂 Wait so because England and wales consider that rape, that means everyone else does too? Wow. Didn’t know that’s how it worked 👍🏾
@AlluringlySol@BarrylMason@bigjonflamingo removing a condom is considered rape? really? where in the US? please find 1 state where removing a condom is rape. it is extremely immoral if what he's saying is true. but again, him joking around about removing a condom doesn't mean he's "raped every woman he's been with"
@AlluringlySol@bigjonflamingo@BarrylMason wait- so would all those snapchats from the guys in the Cornell case, be a "trauma response" too? "sorry your honor. I know our client admitted he did it, but he actually didn't mean it. it was only a trauma response". Yea, that is funny cause of how absurd it is 😂
@AlluringlySol@BarrylMason@bigjonflamingo women: "false accusations aren't common"
also women: accuses random person on the internet of being a rapist when they point something out
can't make this shit up 😂
@BarrylMason@AlluringlySol@bigjonflamingo please provide a source for what ur saying. also, has he had a trial for any of these alleged crimes yet? once again, just cause someone is arrested for something, does not mean they are guilty. this isn't 1600's Salem- we have a system in place specifically for things like this
@AlluringlySol@bigjonflamingo@BarrylMason again, all I said is it's funny that all the evidence that could exonerate someone can just be explained away as "trauma" or "shock". so we should believe women only when they say something happened, but definitely NOT believe them when they say "nothing happened"? got it
@AlluringlySol@bigjonflamingo@BarrylMason Its funny- whenever there are texts, vids, etc that contradict what an accuser said, ppl like u will brush it aside and say “its normal for them to be friends w their rapist” or “they were in shock”. So the only evidence that could exonerate someone, is worthless now? Got it 👍🏾😂
@AlluringlySol@bigjonflamingo@BarrylMason a) source?, b) the dude has text messages, videos, etc with his accuser which paint a very different story than what she is alleging. and, again, the key word in all of these cases is ALLEGED
feels like Salem, w ppl like u wanting to just throw ppl in prison w/out a trial lol
