@EuropcarUK thank you so much for not putting a tyre in the boot. Recovery was 4 hrs and I ended up having to get a taxi to the airport, covering 60 miles, so I don't miss my flight home. Appalling customer service and symbolic how @EuropcarUK think of their customers.
@British_Airways Continuing my thread.. My flight to London City from Glasgow this evening has been cancelled. Was then moved Glasgow to Heathrow, that's been cancelled. BA8749 and BA1497 respectively. Soooo painful.
@British_Airways another delayed flight, consistency delayed route, hopeless operation with no accountability . #BA8720 LCY to GLA. I am just trying to work and get home at a decent time.

@British_Airways Again cancelled flight BA8739 from GLA Monday night then moved to a Heathrow flight. Return flight now delayed BA8730. So painful.
@qatarairways I have got to be honest. I flew Edinburgh to Doha and onto Bharain today and it was one of the best aviation experiences I've ever had. Flying business and then first. The team in the air and on the ground were phenomenal. @emirates are good but not this good 🤘
