@LucyBennet10@TullMcAdoo Think it’s there partly due to deep water port & serving as a hub for distributing alumina to European smelters. Included Lynemouth in Northumberland, but that’s now closed, guessing Aughinish was sold at same time as that? Plus large government grant was part of incentive.
@CaolanReports Well it’s owned by a Russian company so why wouldn’t it have signs in Russian? Issue is why it isn’t sanctioned? Or could government legally force Rusal to sell?
@lukejcr@AndyBurnhamGM There is absolutely no reason to be fighting Reform in Makerfield. You already won that battle & deciding to fight it again so soon is an utter waste of effort & resource.
@AndyBurnhamGM You left Westminster as you didn’t have the stomach for the fight to turn around your party & make it electable again. So you jumped ship & left it to KS to do all the hard work & now you’re looking for an easy way back in! Shameful!
@SKinnock@AndyBurnhamGM Disappointed you’re involved in this crazy adventure too. Thought you would have understood the benefits of solidarity & loyalty to the guy who won your party a landslide!
@AngelaRayner@AndyBurnhamGM@andy4makerfield@sarahsackman Absolute treachery, give your head a wobble! Undermining the person who completely turned your party around and won a massive majority. For a guy who jumped ship when the going got tough. Should be ashamed of yourself!
@joshsimonsmp@AndyBurnhamGM Reading the comments, and I certainly agree with the majority, you are seriously misguided. You should shut up & walk away from politics!
@NadiaWhittomeMP@AndyBurnhamGM Which is exactly what KS is doing, what a pointless exercise this is, am so angry & disappointed at this entirely unnecessary distraction! Be one team & back the guy who won you a landslide!
@Katie_Lam_MP Clearly not nonsense & if you believe that, you need to give your head a massive wobble. With oil over $100 a barrel it’s inevitable.
