@SteveDavey73 @marvyndickinson @ashestoarchive Correct re Darwen but we were in the Northern League at the time. He played 2 seasons and scored a 1000 runs in each year.

Had the pleasure to open the batting with him over these two seasons, with the easy objective of get a single and watch him smash it 😀
